CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY


We value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.


📧 Appointment Confirmation & Reminders

When you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel or reschedule if needed. A reminder email will also be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment with the same options.

Important: Replying to the confirmation email to cancel your appointment is NOT considered a valid cancellation.

We cannot guarantee your message will be seen in time, and your appointment will remain active unless you use the official cancellation link.


Lost your confirmation email?

You must notify us via WhatsApp to cancel or reschedule your appointment in accordance with the policy. Failure to do so may result in loss of your down payment or additional charges.


🔄 Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Your down payment will remain valid and apply to the new date.

Please note:

  • You may reschedule a maximum of two (2) times.
  • On the third reschedule, your original down payment becomes void, and a new down payment is required to secure a future booking.

 

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your original down payment. A new down payment must be made to rebook.

⚠️ Do NOT click “Cancel Appointment” if you intend to reschedule. Canceling the appointment will result in the loss of your down payment.


❌ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance to retain your down payment. You can choose to either:

  • Receive a refund of your down payment, or
  • Apply it to a future rescheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours are accepted but are non-refundable.


🚫 No-Show Policy

If you do not cancel and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the original service booked. Unpaid no-show charges will result in you being blocked from future bookings. We enforce this policy strictly and without exception.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be canceled.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, it will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply.


📌 Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to enforce this policy fully. It is in place to respect the time of our staff and other clients.
